Warehouse Supervisor

SUMMARY:
An established and fast-paced organization is seeking an experienced and assertive Assistant Warehouse Manager to support and oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with solid warehouse and inventory management experience, looking to take ownership of key processes while supporting smooth logistical flow and ensuring compliance.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain accurate stock control and inventory management.
• Manage receiving and dispatch processes with precision and urgency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in line with company policies.
• Coordinate logistics for all incoming and outgoing stock, particularly equipment handling.
• Handle client liaison and resolve stock-related queries efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain administrative reports, stock counts, and audit documentation.
• Operate or supervise the use of forklifts (forklift license highly advantageous).

Minimum Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with strong people and process management skills.
• Proven track record in inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse controls.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, especially Pastel, along with proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to lead teams, and capable of working well under pressure.
• A firm, assertive personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
