SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock control, accurate dispatch processes, and full compliance with cold-chain and food safety standards. You will supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch activities, manage stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and lead your team to maintain accuracy and productivity. Your attention to detail and leadership skills will be key in maintaining a safe, organised, and audit-ready warehouse environment.

POSITION INFO:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification, with a Supply Chain or related certification preferred. You’ll need 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience, ideally in an FMCG or cold-chain environment, along with strong knowledge of inventory systems and ERP software such as Syspro or SAP. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
