POSITION INFO:
Role Overview:
The Warehouse Manager will oversee the day-to day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, dispatch, and inventory management. You will lead a team, enforce safety standards, and implement best practices to streamline processes and improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and dispatch
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
Monitor and manage stock levels, and conduct regular inventory checks and audits
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
Track KPIs and prepare performance reports for senior management
Maintain accurate records of goods and materials
Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office
Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management principles
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong understanding of health and safety standards
Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus
