JOB SUMMARY:
Motor Dealership Warranty & Costing Clerk - Pretoria

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Premium Brand Dealership in Pretoria is looking for a qualified Warranty and Costing Clerk with relevant Motor Industry experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Working experience as Warranty and Costing Clerk with a Premium Brand Dealership is essential (Not negotiable)
  • Working experience on relevant Motor Industry Warranty Systems i.e. Kerridge
  • Drivers license

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process all warranty claims in line with policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with service department and Head Office to resolve costing and warranty issues
  • Warranty claims processing
  • Return defective parts to manufacturer as required
  • Liaising with customers in regards to claims
  • Daily, weekly and monthly reports on warranty claims activity
  • Costing / Invoicing
  • General administration of day to day invoices
