JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities

Plan and direct treatment activities and establish production priorities for treatment in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.
Conduct and facilitate risk assessments
Conduct SHE training and induction training
Manage contractors
Manage hazardous chemical program
Manage security activities
Administer SHE reps and arrange SHE meetings and training of SHE reps
Manage the environmental monitoring and reports for water samples
Ensure legal appointments are in place, updated, and current
Financial and human resources planning.
Manage SHEQ system(ISO 9001, ISO 14000 & OSHAS 18001, ISO17025,
Customer relations with all stakeholders, ensuring SLAs are met
Review and analyze the production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with production, quality specifications, operating, or production problems.
Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data/ reports
Plan and direct treatment activities and establish production priorities for treatment in keeping with effective operations and cost factors.

Requirements

Diploma Water Treatment
Grade 12
5 years of Water Plant manager experience
5 years of Staff Management experience
Own car
Only South African citizens will be considered
