Duties:

• Oversee operational workflows and manage client-facing projects.
• Provide day-to-day support across administration, operations, and execution tasks.
• Manage outsourced accounting duties, from transaction processing to bookkeeping.
• Prepare quarterly management reports and draft basic financial statements.
• Handle KYC/AML checks, perform due diligence, and help compile transparency reports.
• Review governance proposals, ensure compliance with legal bylaws, and summarize on-chain governance activity.
