Prior experience in Web3 isn't a must, but curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn absolutely are. Duties:

Oversee operational workflows and manage client-facing projects.
Provide day-to-day support across administration, operations, and execution tasks.
Manage outsourced accounting duties, from transaction processing to bookkeeping.
Prepare quarterly management reports and draft basic financial statements.
Handle KYC/AML checks, perform due diligence, and help compile transparency reports.
Review governance proposals, ensure compliance with legal bylaws, and summarize on-chain governance activity.

Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience:

Curious about crypto, DeFi, AI, VR, and the future of finance
Looking to work in a fast-evolving, mission-driven environment
