POSITION INFO:
We're on the lookout for dynamic individuals to fill various roles in our Cape Town office. While expertise in Web3 technologies isn't mandatory, a keen interest and a hunger to learn are essential. If you are a finance professional looking to pivot into the tech world, then this is the opportunity for you!

Other Duties Include:

Serve as a Project Manager for DAO & foundation clients, overseeing various operational aspects.
Assist clients with managing day-to-day operations, administration, and integral functions.
Handle outsourced accounting tasks, including transaction management and bookkeeping.
Prepare quarterly management accounts and basic financial statements for clients.
Compile transparency reports, conduct KYC and due diligence checks on grant proposals, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Review governance proposals, monitor compliance with bylaws and legal requirements, and provide summary reporting on proposals and on-chain activities.

Education:

Completed BCom Degree
Qualified CA(SA)

Tech-savvy
Passion for cryptocurrency, AI, blockchain, and VRÂ
