Wellness Manager

Our beautiful Spa in Camps Bay is looking for a Wellness Manager. The spa is located on the beachfront with beautiful views of the ocean.  You will be responsible for two spa's, both located in Camps Bay.

The Wellness Manager is responsible for the overall effective and efficient running of the spa at all properties allocated to you.  Managing and leading all team members reporting to you to provide the best service and treatments possible for clients. Treat clients and staff with the utmost care and professionalism to create an inviting and calm atmosphere. 

Qualifications and experience:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Beauty Therapy Diploma, preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP, ITEC or Somatology
• Minimum 8 years industry experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in a management role
• Above average computer skills
• Basic knowledge of OPERA and ESP systems

Responsibilities:

• Must be familiar with all spa therapies, products and services offered by the spa
• Carry out accurate skin analysis
• Maintain confidential client records
• Present treatment and product training
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene
• Stock ordering, deliveries and control
• Clear understanding of he business finances and signing off of management accounts
• Build and maintain client relationships and communicate with clients on a regular basis with regards to specials or points of interest
• Sales and marketing
• Mentorship and team support
• Guest complaints and reviews
• Quality management
