Wholesale Key Accounts Manager

POSITION INFO:

Our well established client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Wholesale Key Accounts Manager to join their team!

Job Responsibilities:
*Main role is to retain top customers and nurture those key relationships over time. An advisor to the client, discovering new opportunities to work together for mutual benefit.
*Build relationships with customers wanting tem to return to the business
*Understand your target market and help identify strategies to target the correct customers
*Drive sales to achieve or exceed volume and category targets
*Help execute strategic marketing and operational initiatives to grow businesses with each account
*Provide input into the overall account vision and strategic approach to product assortment and in-store execution
*Work closely with account and internal partners to manage promotions, markdowns, returns and product exit strategies

*Must be able to work closely with customers for customer satisfaction
*Must have a strategic perspective on business outlook.
*Must have strong leadership skills.
*Must have strong negotiation skills
*Proven planning and organisational skills.
*Analytical problem solving skills.
*Effectively implement monthly, quarterly and yearly sales strategies
