Target-Driven Wills Sales Consultant | Estate Planning & Client Relationship Specialist

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Wills Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will engage with clients, provide estate planning solutions, promote wills services, and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client consultations and promote wills services
Achieve individual sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Handle client queries professionally
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

Previous sales or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven and customer-focused
Good administrative and computer skills
Experience in wills, insurance, or financial services advantageous
