  The Role:

  Essential functions:

  • Responsible for repairing and troubleshooting of faulty laptops and desktops.
  • Imaging of workstations
  • Work hand in hand with 3^rd party Vendor Dell to order parts and check warranty statuses etc.
  • Making sure all processes and procedures in workshop area is followed to the tee.
  • Manage stock within workshop area as well as do monthly stock takes.
  • To ensure that all open calls are managed within SLA
  Skills and Experience:

  Qualification Essential Competency:

  • Grade 12                                                        
  • A+                               
  • N+       
  • Soft skills certificates
  • ITIL Foundation V3

  Qualification preferred education and experience:

  • Certificate in CompTIA A+/N+ International or Equivalent is Essential.
  • MCSE is recommended
  • ITIL is recommended

  Experience required:

  • 3 Years practical in-service delivery; desktop support; Network Support.
  • 1-2 year server and network support experience.
  Other:

  Work environment:

  • Technical workshop environment.  

  Physical demands:
