SUMMARY:
Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Workshop Manager to lead an OEM Dealership Service Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, coupled with excellent leadership and organizational skills, and a passion for Premium Vehicle Brands.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to OEM standards.
Manage a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
Ensure all vehicle services and repairs meet quality standards and are completed on time.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary parts and tools.
Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the workshop.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
Monitor and manage workshop budgets and expenses.

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric / Grade 12.
Technical qualification in automotive repair preferred .
Minimum of 5 years’ management experience preferably in workshop environment.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proficient in workshop management software and MS Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license.
Own Transport
