We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Workshop Manager to lead an OEM Dealership Service Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, coupled with excellent leadership and organizational skills, and a passion for Premium Vehicle Brands.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to OEM standards.
• Manage a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure all vehicle services and repairs meet quality standards and are completed on time.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary parts and tools.
• Implement and uphold health and safety regulations within the workshop.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
• Monitor and manage workshop budgets and expenses.

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Technical qualification in automotive repair preferred .
• Minimum of 5 years’ management experience preferably in workshop environment.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in workshop management software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Own Transport
