POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily workshop operations
Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality work
Plan and schedule jobs efficiently
Maintain strong safety, quality, and performance standards
Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

Proven workshop management or supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems (commercial vehicles advantageous)
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-driven
Valid driverâs license
