JOB SUMMARY:
To perform the administrative and clerical activities required in a technical workshop environment in alignment with predefined work objectives (as per agreed standard operating procedures).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Performance Areas:

· Deliver work activities according to set standards in order to satisfy customers. Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise financial performance.
· Attend learning initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills. Own and live up to the company values.
· Execute own work according to set operating procedures service level agreements. Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
· Plan and organise own tasks to make sure that performance targets are met and standard operating procedures are adhered to. (daily to 3 months)
· Provide continuous feedback on task delivery to support decision making.
· Scheduling of vehicles for service
· Monitor breakdowns and costs
· Provide figures for yearly budget

Monitoring of maintenance costs on a aweekly basis and submitting relevant reports.
Ensure vehicles comply to the SANS 1518 and ADR spesifications on a monthly basis.
Ensure that fleet image and standards are adhered to
Attention to stock control and pricing
Do weekly tyre scrapping and monitoring of cost
Ensure general housekeeping is up to standart
Ensure KPI standards are adhered to

Nature of Position:

Permanent

Qualification and Experience required:

Diploma (NQF Level 6)
Up to 3 years of experience in a similar environment
Atleast 5 years experience with dangerous goods vehicles
