JOB SUMMARY:
A Market leader in Lifting Materials Handling equipment is seeking a Workshop Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Must be Trade Tested.
Minimum of 5 years experience working in relevant industry.
Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Supervisory role.
Must be bilingual.
Team player with high standards of performance.
Good interpersonal skills.
Needs to have the ability to deal with conflict and facilitate team goals.
Play an active role in upholding all safety standards.
High technical and leadership skills.
Must be able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients.
Supervising employees.
Breakdown and standby duties.
Health and Safety implementation.
Quotations, Costing and Planning.
Responsible for the tools and equipment in the workshop.
