POSITION INFO:

Are you passionate about motorcycles and skilled in workshop management? We’re looking for a hands-on Workshop Manager in Bloemfontein to oversee the daily operations of our clients' motorcycle workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all workshop operations
• Service, maintain, and repair motorcycles
• Supervise workshop staff and ensure efficient workflow
• Manage stock levels and order parts as needed
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Complete administrative duties using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Requirements:

• Valid motorcycle driver’s licence (essential)
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar workshop management or senior technician role
• Proficient in English and Afrikaans (both written and spoken)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Friendly, professional, and punctual
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Remuneration and Benefits:

• R15,000 gross per month plus medical aid
