POSITION INFO:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Workshop Manager for a well-established panel shop in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and 10+ years experience in Panel workshop management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Control and maintain workshop procedures, ensuring repairs are completed to high-quality standards.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure a CSI score of above 95%.
• Monitor and optimize workshop productivity, ensuring maximum output with minimal downtime.
• Work closely with the CRM system and produce reports as needed.
• Supervise and mentor the workshop team, ensuring proper training and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Years of Experience: 10 to 20 years.
• Type of Experience: Panel shop experience is required as a manager.
• Top Skills: Proficiency in TMS, CRM, handling complaints, repair procedures, workshop control, and report generation.

Salary: R70 000 pm + UIF + provident fund.
