JOB SUMMARY:
Well Known Automotive Dealership requires an Experienced Service Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for an individual that has strong client interaction skills, ensuring clients expectations are met allowing a smooth customer experience with implementation of processes and procedures. Confident in solving customer complaints and concerns whilst been able to work under pressure and have a strong positive outlook
Responsible for managing and leading the aftersales team, drawing up of reports, implementing KPI's and setting targets. Managing workshop productivity and efficiency along with ongoing leadership and training amongst team members. Setting and achieving targets/ budgets in order to maximize profits within the department
Requirements
Previous experience as a Service Manager advantageous
Strong administrative skills – Excel, In House Systems and
Strong technical and troubleshooting abilities
Valid Drivers Licence
Salary Negotiable + Provident Fund
