YARD MANAGER- Richards Bay

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, incumbent will be response for managing and controlling yard staff, stock, trucks, quality safety.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

Matric
3 years’ experience in formwork / construction industry
Communication skills
Leadership and management skills
SHEQ experience
Ser-starter
Driver's licence/ own transport
Computer literate: Excel, Word, Outlook
Ability to work under pressure

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:

Managing of yard staff
Effective utilization of transport
Manage health and safety
Stock control
Oversee the workshop processes and meet deadlines
Co-ordinate the preparing, sorting, and stacking of yard stock holding, for stock takes.
