Their job is to reduce the risks a business might encounter and to predict these risks before they occur. Their duties include reading and analysing financial data, creating outcome reports and analysing any other data within a business to manage and reduce risks.

Responsibilities of a Risk Analyst

• Give recommendations to reduce risk
• Use analytical software to calculate risks
• Access the business’s financial records and find out the level of risk
• Create outcome reports and models
• Assist clients to make financial goals
• Predict the latest trends in the business market

Risk Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a finance-related degree
• 5 years of experience in Risk analysis
• Complete a post-graduate degree
