A leading force in steel and industrial manufacturing is looking for a sharp, hands-on Operations & Costing Manager to own everything from the factory floor to the balance sheet. If you’re obsessed with efficiency, cost visibility, and bottom-line growth, this is your steel-forged opportunity to lead and impact a dynamic production environment.

POSITION INFO:

ð§ What You’ll Own:

Lead end-to-end costing and margin analysis across operations
Unpack production costs and highlight real savings opportunities
Own OPEX & CAPEX budgets and drive financial performance across the plant
Deliver monthly management packs and deep-dive profitability insights
Maintain accurate BOMs, routings, and WIP reporting
Perform product costing and pricing strategy development
Flag and resolve cost variances, recommending smarter production practices
Partner with operations to support investment cases and forecasting

â Your Power Tools:

BCom in Management Accounting or related field
CIMA (Management Level) a major advantage
3–5+ years in cost accounting & operational finance within manufacturing or steel
Sage X3 or similar ERP systems + Excel mastery
Deep understanding of IFRS, VAT, and factory financial controls
Detail-oriented, analytically minded, and naturally collaborative
Comfortable working shoulder-to-shoulder with production teams
