ð Your Mission:

As our Procurement & Planning Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our supply chain and production planning. This is a high-impact leadership role where your decisions shape performance, efficiency, and growth.

POSITION INFO:

ð§ Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute procurement strategies that balance cost, quality, and speed.
Lead supplier negotiations and build strong vendor relationships.
Oversee production planning to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Manage inventory with precision—minimizing waste and maximizing accuracy.
Align cross-functional teams to meet forecasts and customer expectations.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, health & safety, customs, and import/export regulations.
Champion continuous improvement through data-driven insights and KPI tracking.
Spearhead system upgrades and implementations to streamline operations.

ð§ What You Bring to the Table:

National Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Project Management.
5+ years in manufacturing, procurement, or planning.
4+ years of team leadership experience.
Expertise in material/demand planning, sourcing, and ERP systems.
Knowledge of customs, freight forwarding, and international logistics.
Proven success in system implementation and process optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP platforms (Pastel, Omni Accounts, or similar).
Solid understanding of ISO 9001 and Health & Safety standards.
