POSITION INFO:
A respected organisation in the manufacturing industry is looking for a results-driven Senior Financial Manager to join their leadership team. Known for innovation, operational scale, and market resilience, the company is committed to delivering excellence in production and financial sustainability.
In this role, you will take ownership of the full finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with IFRS, and effective cashflow management. You will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, optimising cost structures, and strengthening internal controls. Partnering closely with operations and executive leadership, you will provide insights that support profitability and long-term business growth. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a skilled finance team, embedding a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable).
5+ years post-articles experience in a senior finance role.
Strong exposure to the manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG sector.
Proven track record in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
Solid understanding of IFRS, tax, and governance requirements.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing finance teams.
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities.
