Day to day user support

• Diploma / ‘NQF'' Level 4

• IT Certification (A+/MCSE ,Windows 10 or a Desktop related IT )
• 5 + years'' experience
• A plus / MCSE/MCDST qualification or any other IT certified qualification
• Other IT related modules could include ITIL exposure
