POSITION INFO:
Day to day user support

Diploma / ‘NQF'' Level 4

IT Certification (A+/MCSE ,Windows 10 or a Desktop related IT )
5 + years'' experience
A plus / MCSE/MCDST qualification or any other IT certified qualification
Other IT related modules could include ITIL exposure
