POSITION INFO:
RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and objectives. Requirements management, communication and organisation. Document requirements in appropriate detailed user stories on JIRA (Agile methodology) including acceptance criteria for testers. Preparation\/ updating of other relevant documentation. Identify and assess business risks and opportunities. Ensure alignment of business architecture with enterprise architecture. Assisting with the business case, where required. Manage relationships with key stakeholders and team members. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, where required. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. QUALIFICATIONS\/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
