We’re headhunting a Modern Work Business Analyst to join a progressive technology consulting environment where you’ll work on real client transformation projects — not simply document requirements and hand them over. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to combine business analysis, technology and consulting and build a career in the Microsoft Modern Work space. 🔥 What you’ll get involved in You’ll work closely with customers and senior consultants to: * Run discovery and requirements-gathering sessions * Understand business challenges and translate them into practical digital solutions * Map current and future business processes * Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement * Help design modern collaboration and document-management environments * Work across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive * Build and improve workflows using Power Automate * Gain exposure to Power Apps and Power BI * Support information management, governance, retention and compliance initiatives * Help drive user adoption, training and change * Explore how Microsoft Copilot and AI can improve the way organisations work 🎯 Who we’re looking for You’ll ideally have 2+ years’ experience in one or more of the following: Business Analysis | Digital Transformation | Information Management | IT | Change Management | Corporate Communications You should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders, gathering requirements and understanding how technology can solve real business problems. Exposure to Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive or Power Platform will definitely get our attention. A relevant degree is preferred, and Microsoft certifications such as MS-900 or PL-900 would be a bonus — but we’re equally interested in someone with the right curiosity, consulting mindset and hunger to learn. 💡 This could be perfect for you if… You’re analytical but people-focused.
