An exciting opportunity is available for an AI & Automation Specialist to drive digital transformation through AI, workflow automation, and Microsoft 365 solutions. The role focuses on streamlining business processes, developing automation tools, and improving operational efficiency across the organisation.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field 4-5 years' experience in a technology, systems, automation, or Microsoft 365-focused role Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Pages, SharePoint, SQL, and Visual Studio Strong understanding of AI, workflow automation, business process improvement, and Microsoft Power Platform Experience translating business needs into practical technology solutions Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to assess the operational and financial impact of technology initiatives Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Python, or API integrations will be advantageous By submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and\/or MPRTC's clients and\/or verification information suppliers.
