Key Responsibilities

Support and guide team members through technical direction, quality standards, and delivery practices
Analyse operational data to enhance solution performance and usability
Maintain clear technical documentation to support continuity and scalability

Job Experience and Skills Required

Formal qualification in software development or equivalent professional background
Extensive experience across enterprise level application development with exposure to intelligent systems
Strong capability in modern programming languages commonly used within the Microsoft ecosystem
Practical knowledge of database technologies, messaging frameworks, and deployment pipelines
Experience working within collaborative delivery environments using iterative methodologies
Confident communicator with the ability to engage technical and non technical stakeholders
