We're seeking a dynamic Senior AI Developer to lead the design and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions that transform business operations and empower internal users through intelligent assistants with insurance or financial services experience.Â
This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker who thrives on innovation, technical leadership, and delivering measurable business value through AI.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

System Integration: Seamlessly embed AI models into existing platforms and workflows.
AI Solution Design & Delivery: Translate business needs into scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Agent Framework, Semantic Kernel, and AI Foundry.
Development & Support: Build clean, testable code and troubleshoot live site issues.
Data-Driven Intelligence: Implement RAG and semantic AI to support analytics and decision-making.
Workflow Automation: Create intelligent bots and agents using Microsoft AI Studio and Power Platform.
Optimization: Monitor agent performance and drive cost-effective improvements.
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and guide best practices across the team.
Documentation: Maintain clear, comprehensive records of models and systems.

C#, Python, VB.Net, JavaScript
ASP.NET Core (Web APIs, MVC, Blazor)
Microsoft AI Frameworks, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
RDBMS (MS SQL, PostgreSQL), Vector DBs, Redis, RabbitMQ
Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
