SUMMARY:
AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Are you passionate about AI innovation and ready to create cutting-edge solutions that drive real impact? We’re seeking a Machine Learning / AI Engineer to build and deploy production-grade voice and text bots, QA systems, and NLP solutions—especially in underrepresented African languages.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions including chatbots, STT/TTS, LLMs, and QA tools
- Develop and maintain models in Python using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar libraries
- Build APIs and integrate AI into business systems
- Drive innovation in Generative AI and voice tech for real-world use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business goals

What We’re Looking For:
- Honours (minimum) or Master’s in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar
- Strong Python programming skills
- Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, voice bots, and speech tech
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and MLOps best practices
- Experience with African language technologies is a big plus
- Exposure to QA systems and chatbot development (voice & script)
