ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their team in Cape Town- with a minimum 4 years’ experience in the Finance industry. Must have relevant Accounting Degree (BCom Accounting/ equivalent) coupled with SAGE Pastel experience & ability to complete full accounting function to the trail balance. The role involves processing bank account statements on Pastel, reconciling the cashbook, full creditor’s function & assisting with month end submissions and reports. Experience in working with Tax related issues: submission of VAT 201, EMP 201 and assist with any SARS audits. Contact me today for more info! (This is a 5 month FTC)
