POSITION INFO:

Are you seeking a new role within the North Coast of Durban? Our client, a leading manufacturer of retail furniture based in Kwadukuza is seeking a passionate Account Manager to join their team. The Account Manager will be responsible for supervising a team and managing the financial accounts of the business.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree specializing in subject like Maths, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
A formal qualification in Accounting (Graduate) and other qualifications in aspects of business would be a benefit.
At least five years of experience in finance-related positions, such as financial analyst or accountant. Experience working in a Manufacturing Company will be an added advantage.
Management and supervisory skills.
Syspro Admin and User knowledge on all modules an advantage.

Key Duties:

Compilation of Monthly Management accounts.
Maintaining & Analyzing Income Statement.
Close monitoring of daily cash flow and bank balances.
Processing of Inter-Co Transactions.
Processing of Journal Entries.
Balance Sheet Accounts on Monthly Basis.
Monthly Vat 201 calculation.
Stock Take Process and Inventory Control.
