Where You'll Make an Impact: Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients, acting as their strategic advisor to ensure continuous value from products and services. Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, needs, and relationship management. Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet KPIs and drive business growth. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities through an in-depth understanding of client needs and industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams including business development, marketing, and product to tailor solutions that address client challenges. Maintain detailed client records and manage sales forecasts within the CRM platform. Facilitate regular account review sessions to assess ongoing engagement and uncover new opportunities. Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored technology solutions in partnership with clients. Generate market insights and industry trend analyses to advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions. Drive net new revenue and expand market presence through strategic initiatives and strong stakeholder engagement. Duties: Build and sustain robust client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Develop strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and company goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. Manage CRM records, sales pipelines, and forecasting reports. Conduct client workshops and needs assessments to identify new opportunities. Monitor industry trends to advise clients effectively. Collaborate on marketing and communications initiatives. Support new business development within existing accounts. Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within banking or financial services. Strong understanding of client relationship management principles. Proven ability in strategic planning, sales, and business development. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent networking and stakeholder engagement skills. Knowledge of legal and commercial agreements is advantageous. Nice to Have: Familiarity with Capital Markets and Treasury Banking technology.
