JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a highly skilled, motivated and dedicated Account Manager who would like to be part of the team.

Purpose of the job: 

The purpose of the Accounts Manager is to retain clients and nurture key relationships. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing an array of accounts and achieving high sales targets. The individual will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with their clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
  • Ensure that current clients have the right products and services, identify new markets and clients leads, and pitch prospective customers.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements.
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Use company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve key clients’ long-term goals.
  • Generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Creating selling sheets and following up on orders.
  • Large amount of time spent in the trade developing relationships, product training and generating sales solutions.
  • To develop a budget and carry out monthly reviews of budgetary performance against set objectives and determine corrective actions required where necessary.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with current clients and update contracts
  • Streamline internal processes in order to manage client expectations and contract commitments
  • Space planning
  • Acquire new business as well as implement and create new solution and product offerings.
  • Ensure that all client contracts are being fulfilled and are within contract spec
  • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
  • A Bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven work experience in Sales
  • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Understanding of Sales processes
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Ability to analyse data and sales statistics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
