JOB SUMMARY:
We are searching for an Account Manager / Sales Executive that can leverage existing relationships within the South African financial services sector to promote NDK Management and Consulting staff augmentation, staff recruitment service offerings, as well as other NDK product offerings.

We explore a combination of alternatives when partnering with clients, namely:

  • Managed services for professional consultants which includes the provisioning of value-added workshop facilitation (at no cost) for project planning and design activities,
  • Significantly reduced pro-fee rates for contractors and consultants,
  • Risk and deliverable based consultant deployments,
  • Encouraging consultant conversion to perm


JOB PURPOSE

An Account Manager / Sales Executive is a professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them. Account Managers / Sales Executives are the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leverage existing relationships within the South African financial services sector to promote NDK Management and Consulting staff augmentation, staff recruitment service offerings, as well as other NDK product offerings
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and address their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on NDK services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Participate on behalf of the company in workshops or conferences
  • Negotiate and handle client complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with the back-office resourcing team to shortlisting candidates, negotiate candidate rates, client offers, conduct candidate preparation interviews, schedule candidate interviews with clients, and establish strategies to achieve better results.
  • Gather and report on feedback from clients and prospective clients
  • Deliver according to expected and agreed sales targets
  • Adhere to all NDK company policies and procedures



TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Account Manager or relevant role at a recruitment or talent acquisition agency
  • Proven experience working at a recruitment or talent acquisition agency that provides staffing solutions to the banking and financial services industry
  • Knowledge of the Sales Cycle
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, )
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Organisational and facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of the Banking, Financial Services, and Information Technology industries would be advantageous
