POSITION INFO:

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee supplier processing, reconciliations, and payment schedules
• Manage VAT compliance, including reconciliations and submissions
• Handle provisional and annual tax returns
• Process bank, forex, and petty cash transactions
• Assist in preparing local and international payments
• Conduct revenue reconciliations and deferred revenue processing
• Maintain fixed asset register and monitor stock adjustments
• Manage payroll inputs, commissions, and inter-company accounts
• Prepare monthly management accounts and review balance sheet recons
• Support budgeting, audit prep, and financial reporting up to trial balance
• Supervise and guide the finance team in daily operations

✅ What You’ll Need

• Relevant Accounting Degree
• Minimum 6 years in a similar role
• Proficiency in Pastel, Sage, or similar accounting software
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of VAT, tax compliance, and general accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, deadline-driven mindset
• Solid organizational and team leadership skills
