This role offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy within a company committed to societal benefit and continuous learning. What You'll Do: Oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis for international markets Lead risk assessment and mitigation strategies across foreign operations Manage compliance with income tax regulations and payments Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and controls Requirements: 8+ years of experience in financial management within banking or financial services Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA) or equivalent international CA qualification) Proven expertise in risk analysis, payments, and income tax Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels Strategic mindset with excellent analytical capabilities Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or related fields Familiarity with the following: International financial regulations Financial software and ERP systems What We'll Give You: Salary: R80,000 - R110,000 per month (Cost to Company, Negotiable) The chance to work on impactful projects within a reputable organization A collaborative and innovative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development If you are ready to lead financial excellence in a forward-thinking organization, we invite you to apply now and take the next step in your career.
