POSITION INFO:
Job Description: This position involves: Preparing accurate monthly management accounts, consolidated reporting, and variance analysis Delivering weekly executive dashboards and financial insights to the Managing Director Driving profitability through analysis of revenue, margins, productivity, WIP, debtor collections, labour recovery, and operational performance Managing cash flow forecasting, working capital, budgets, and rolling forecasts Identifying margin leakage, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvement initiatives Maintaining strong internal controls across cash, banking, creditors, debtors, payroll, and stock Ensuring compliance with tax, statutory, audit, POPIA, banking, and company requirements. Supporting strategic decision-making through business cases, financial modelling, and commercial recommendations Skills & Experience: 5+years' proven experience in a senior finance leadership role Strong management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management experience Experience managing finance within a multi-branch or multi-site operational environment Advanced Excel, ERP systems, reporting, dashboarding, and financial analysis skills Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence operational performance Experience within Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail, or FMCG (advantageous) Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Qualification: CA (SA) (non-negotiable) For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
