We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our clients team in Cape Town. If you have experience with Pastel, MS Office, Consolidation, Payroll / HR Administration, and Financial Reporting, we would like to meet you.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description

Manage all accounting transactions
Prepare budget forecasts
Publish financial statements on time
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

Responsibilities

Report to the Financial Director
Support financial audits
Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Streamline accounting functions and operations
Keep up with financial policies, regulation, and legislation

Skills:

Pastel 50c
MS Office Excel

Educational Background:

BCompt. or equivalent
