SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a detailed-driven accountant to join our finance team. you will report to the group Finance Manager and play a key role in delivering accurate financial information and ensuring robust accounting controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review monthly management accounts, trial blances, and bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and daily data captures
Develop cash flow forecasts and analyse revenue and expenditure trends
Coordinate annual audits and ensure timely submission of statutory returns
Produce and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
Monitor payroll process, prepare wage summaries and related reports
Enforce compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and high standards of financial hygiene
Provide ad hoc financial support and liaise with management and other departments

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Experience:

BCom degree, accounting diploma or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years commercial accounting experience
Strong working knowledge of GAAP and statutory reporting requirements
