POSITION INFO:
Your Role: As a Client Advisor , you'll be the trusted point of contact for your clients, ensuring they receive accurate, timely financial information to make informed business decisions. You'll also mentor junior team members, review work, and help clients maximise the use of modern accounting systems. Key Responsibilities: Prepare VAT returns, management accounts, and statutory reporting. Prepare Corporation Tax and CIS returns. Process bookkeeping and year-end opening balance adjustments. Review work completed by Client Assistants before publication. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients. Provide software support and guidance on accounting systems. Assist with company secretarial duties and office administration. Train and mentor junior team members. Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage technology. Participate in ad-hoc finance and client projects. Requirements: 1-3 years' experience within an accounting practice (preferred). Solid understanding of bookkeeping and management accounting. Experience preparing VAT returns and financial reports. Strong communication and client relationship management skills. Experience with Xero, Excel, or IRIS is advantageous.
