They are seeking a technically strong Accountant with a solid insurance background and proven SAP implementation experience to support critical transformation projects.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Play an integral role in SAP implementation and finance transformation projects. Partner with finance and project teams to achieve key implementation milestones. Provide accounting expertise throughout system transformation initiatives. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations. Monitor, analyse, and report on profit and loss performance. Support solvency reporting requirements within the insurance environment. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial information. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project deliverables and business objectives. Utilise SAP and advanced Excel to support reporting and operational requirements. Drive continuous process improvements and optimise finance reporting processes. Participate in finance-related project management activities. Job Experience and Skills Required: BCom Accounting Degree or equivalent qualification. 2-4 years' accounting experience. Proven experience within the insurance industry is essential. Hands-on SAP implementation and finance transformation experience is non-negotiable. Experience working on accounting system implementation or transformation projects. Strong understanding of financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, profit and loss reporting, and solvency reporting. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Project management exposure will be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail and organisational ability. Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Proactive and adaptable approach within a project-driven environment. Apply now!
