JOB DESCRIPTION:

Processing of payments and trade settlements

Weekly and monthly reporting on Net Asset Value and Cash flow forecasting

Perform year end and interim procedures and liaise with auditors

Maintaining investment trackers for market disclosure thresholds

Drafting of market disclosures

Instructing corporate actions for Funds – liaising with analysts for action

Administration of proxy voting

Administration of the loan facilities

Liaison with service providers

Skills & Experience:

Financial Service clients during articles advantageous

Ability to take ownership of designated tasks

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualification:

CA(SA) or eligible to register
