ð¢ Contract Opportunity: Accountant – Software Industry
Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Type: 4–5 Month Contract - Immediate Start
Industry: Software / Technology
Salary: Market-related / Negotiable

A dynamic and fast-growing software company based in Centurion is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join their team on a short-term contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project in a tech-driven environment.

ð Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full accounting function, including general ledger, reconciliations, and reporting
Lead audit preparation and closure processes
Ensure accurate and timely tax submissions and compliance
Support the month-end and year-end financial close
Assist with financial process improvements and documentation

â Requirements:

Relevant Accounting qualification (BCom Accounting or similar)
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a full accounting function role
Proven experience with audit finalisation and tax compliance
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
Available immediately for a 4–5 month contract
Experience in the software or tech industry is advantageous
