Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day financial operations and month-end processes
Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Lead and mentor the accounting team
Collaborate with operational teams on financial planning and analysis
Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes

Experience and Skills Required

BCom Degree in Accounting (Honours or professional registration advantageous)
At least 3 years’ experience post-degree in a managerial accounting role
Strong exposure to the Mining industry
Must have handled the Full Financial Function (FFF)
Proven leadership and decision-making ability
Able to manage reporting deadlines and liaise with executive stakeholders
