JOB DESCRIPTION:

An exciting opportunity awaits a successful Accounts Payable who wants to build a stable career with a large Retail / FMCG organisation. If you are looking for a great working environment that is challenging and rewarding then this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

Match supplier invoices with goods received notes received
Capture supplier invoices to Sage
Perform monthly account reconciliations and submit for payment
Manage supplier age analysis and payment terms
Resolve payment/account queries with suppliers
Communicate intake variances with warehouse/retail staff members
Maintaining a clean set of Accounts Payable reconciliations (i.e no unresolved items)

Requirements:

Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
Certificate/Diploma in Accounting
2-3 years experience in Accounts Payable
Proficiency in Sage and Microsoft Excel
General knowledge of Accounting
