JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a mature, hardworking, deadline driven, team player. Must have a math’s/ accounting major degree. Candidate must come with their own car, be very strong on Excel and have 5 years’ experience.

Attending to the following:

Accounts – Full function of accounts for multiple companies
Daily cash books
Petty cash
Debtors
Creditors
Journal Entries
Books to balance sheet
Preparing, submitting and loading payment for VAT
Loading daily payments for the director to pay
Preparing for Financial Year End – February
Assisting auditors with yearly audit
Processing journal adjustments
Managing the office
VIP Payroll – Full function:
Loading new staff
Monthly payroll
Printing reports
Printing and distributing payslips
Backing up VIP
Mid-Year Recons and submitting to SARS
Year End Recons and submitting to SARS
Property management:
Weekly checks to ensure ground staff are maintaining the property
Monthly water and electricity readings to invoice tenants
Assisting old and new tenants when moving in and out
Dealing with general enquiries from tenants.
