Ready to Lead the Financial Engine Room of a Thriving Multinational in Cape Town as their Accounts Services Manager for 3 months?

POSITION INFO:
An exciting opportunity has opened at the heart of a fast-growing, multi-brand hospitality group based in Cape Town — a listed multinational that's as passionate about finance as it is about flavour!

Our client is looking for an Accounts Services Manager who thrives on structure, drives performance, and gets energized by building strong teams and smarter processes. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and take charge of the engine room of their finance function, they want you on their squad! This role is all about leading with purpose and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the finance ops hub — overseeing debtors, creditors, operational spend (think travel, credit cards, claims), and franchise turnover declarations. This is more than just finance — it’s about people, process, and performance.

Duties:

Debtors and Creditors Management
Operational Spend
Turnover Declarations and Franchise Fees
Banking and Cashbook
Fixed Assets Management
Controls and Compliance

Education and Experience:

BCom in Accounting or equivalent qualification
Completed SAICA / SAIPA articles would be advantageous
Minimum 3 years in a similar finance leadership role
Experience in hospitality, retail or FMCG would be beneficial
